Structured Cable of VA Dan Dubansky, President Dan has made Structured Cable of Virginia dominant in its local market by working with the highest volume builders in the industry. Crime Prevention Security Systems John Pastore, President John founded Crime Prevention Security Systems (CPSS) in 1975 and since then has developed the company into a full technology integrator. CPSS is still the one to call for residential or commercial security, but their integration expertise now includes all low-voltage systems. Connective Home Allen Polsky, CEO Allen brings three decades of experience in the security industry to his role as CEO of Connective Home. Joining the company in 2001, Allen helped to build Connective Home into one of Philadelphia's top 100 companies. A decade later, the company has been listed in SDM’s top 100 (at #55) for recurring revenue, and chosen by Barrow County Times readers as "Best Security Company in Barrow County." Interactive Security Systems Michael Ralph, President Michael began as President/CEO of Interactive Systems upon the company's formation in 2000. Since then, Interactive has achieved great distinction in the industry including GE's "Quota Buster" in 2007 and the only perfect performance score for 2007 from Fox Ridge Homes, one of Nashville's largest residential builders. In June of 2008, only eight years after opening its doors, Interactive projects that it will reach 3,500 alarm monitoring accounts. Scott Alarm Bruce Scott, President Bruce launched the original Scott Alarm in 1985, meeting a need that he saw firsthand as a burglary detective. Over the 12 years that followed, Bruce grew the company into the nation’s fourth largest alarm service, with a customer base of over 400,000 and offices nationwide. He sold Scott Alarm in 1996 but continued on as president until he retired nearly two years later. CV Security Chris Vendemia, President Chris started CV Security in 1984 after a decade in the electronics and security industries. Phoenix Systems Clark Mulford, President After selling his first company, Security Engineering, in 1987, Clark was sidelined by a non-compete for three years. But in 1990 he came out swinging again, launching Phoenix Systems. Today, with offices in Connecticut and Georgia, and staff of more than 60, Phoenix is one of the most successful low-voltage integrators on the East Coast. And Clark has found other successes in life: He's the father of two—a daughter studying to be a veterinarian and a son who in summer ’08 will be hiking the length of the Appalachian Trail—and he still finds time to travel and keep his golf handicap in that enviable, single-digit zone. |

Safe & Sound Systems Craig Stulce, President & CEO Based in Salt Lake City, Safe and Sound was established by Craig in 1995. American Inc. A founding board member, Ron brings a wealth of experience to AIN. After serving in the US Army Security Agency and Special Forces, Ron joined the Finney Company as a design engineer. He has since launched several firms including Norecom Corp., SecurityLink, and American Protective Services, and developed a residential security program for Sears & Roebuck. Today, Ron is President of American Inc., Ohio’s largest residential/commercial low-voltage integrator. When he’s not busy steering American or serving on other boards, he enjoys restoring antique cars, building hotrods, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Trudi have four kids and three grandchildren. |

Home Pro Under Josh’s decade-long tenure as CEO, HomePro, Inc., serving the Dallas and Ft. Worth areas, has grown to become the market’s leader in residential low-voltage integration. Established in 1998, HomePro’s business model called for all home-oriented services to be provided by one company, on one bill. Using the same customer-centered approach, Josh established the Home Technology Division in 2004, and today it now accounts for over 90% of HomePro’s revenues. Josh is happily married to his beautiful wife, Tara, and counts being father to three sons as one of life’s great joys. And when he’s not running HomePro, he might be running practice as a little league coach.

Protection by Design Rob Sheldon, President Rob and his wife, Paula, have run Protection by Design since they started the company in 1990. Rob later established Audio/Video by Design, a separate division dedicated to meeting the custom electronics needs of his clients. Protection by Design was founded on a customer-first philosophy, and that commitment is reaffirmed by their experienced and dedicated staff upon every installation. And they’ve done this well, as evidenced by the company being named to CE Pro Top 100 in 2007, and the recent purchase and renovation of a 9,000 sq. ft. facility to accommodate their steady growth. Rob and Paula have two sons, Tanner (16) and Hunter (13). Rob enjoys coaching and watching the boys play baseball, great music, and beach week with the family. |
