Ali is a Graduate of Duke University and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He attended the National Institute Of Nuclear Sciences in Paris France and received a Master of Science Degree in Computer Science. After a decade of advancements with Schlumberger Technologies, American Management Systems, and Deloitte Consulting, Ali relocated with his family to Ormond Beach, FL to fulfill his ambition of developing a Technology Integration company to move new homes and offices into the new millennium. Ali started HabiTech Systems in 1999 and since then, the company has completed thousands of residential, commercial, and industrial integration projects in Florida. HabiTech provides all of the latest low-voltage services: Security, Structured Wiring, Networking, IP Telephony, Audio & Video, Control and Energy Management Systems.

Stuart is the President and CTO of HS Technology Group. Having worked and consulted for Fortune 500 companies such as Discovery Communications, McCormick Spice Co. and Bausch & Lomb in their IT departments in the late 80’s, Stuart decided to leave the corporate world and start Homesafe Security Systems in 1993, which is now part of the HS Technology Group. HST has installed over 35,000 systems and services in MD, VA, PA, DE, WV and DC. HST recently moved to its new design center and offers IT services to architects, general contractors, builders and other trade partners by establishing long term relationships. In addition to running an annual “Toys for Tots” campaign and contributing to many of the local charities on an annual basis, HST received national recognition in 2010 when it completed the low voltage integration for the largest buildout of ABC’s “Extreme Home Makeover” since the show’s inception: a 12,000 square foot home in 7 days, providing over 250 man hours and assisting with locating over $30,000 in materials. Most recently, Stuart was involved in donating time and money to completing the low-voltage integration for a riding arena that caters to children with disabilities, called Rose of Sharon Equestrian School (ROSES). HST has also completed the security and CCTV fit out for NAMI, The National Alliance for Mental Illness in Montgomery County, MD after learning that the organization had been burglarized. HST is active with the Home Builder’s Association in MD and a member of CEDIA. Stuart is a current Board Member and the past treasurer for the MDBFAA. He is also a certified trainer for FARA (False Alarm Reduction Association). He recently received the W. Rex Bell Associate of the Year Award in 2011 for his contributions to FARA and has written several articles that have been published in Mid Atlantic Builder, Chesapeake Home, and Home & Design Magazine. In the October Issue of Security Sales Magazine, HST was recognized nationally as a Best of the Best Winner and captured the coveted National PDQ Award which is only given to one company annually. Stuart lives in Baltimore County, Maryland with his two children, loving wife, dog, fish and assortment of wildlife.

Tommy’s been in Residential/Commercial construction since 1991. In 1997 he started his own venture – Franklin Electric Co. Inc. After years of rapid growth the decision was made to branch off the Structured Wiring Division in 2003 to its own entity – SmartCom Home Technologies, Inc. The company has grown to over 50 employees despite the recent downturns in economy. Tommy is fortunate to have his wife Judy working with him, providing excellent customer service and business development. “Many thanks is given to God and Faith for us being fortunate and providing relationships with groups like AiN Group and its members.” Tommy is a member of the BBB, NVBIA, and NAHB. His spare time is spent with his wife and two daughters, Amber and Ashley, and coaching his daughters’ soccer team. Bob joined Guardian Protection Services in April 2016, and as its Chief Sales Officer is working to help develop, refine and execute Guardian’s strategic business initiatives to drive sustainable top line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability. Bob believes that constant attention to the front-line teams who then support our customers is key to long-term growth and profitability. Bob earned his BS and MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Beth sold the company she founded, Premiere Security, to Ranger American in 1989. During her tenure as Division President and Regional Vice President, Beth maintained a dominant presence in the builder market in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In May of 2012, Beth founded Ranger Technology Solutions and acquired the Guardian Protection Service’s local office. Ranger Technology Solutions provides the latest low voltage products and technology services in the residential market. Ranger Technology Solution’s experienced, talented, and hard working team are poised to continue strong builder relationships and forge new ones. Wayne brings a wealth of experience in the electrical industry to bear. A licensed electrician and Low Voltage Master Electrician Wayne has constantly strived to deliver the very best service for his customers. Founding Chesapeake in 1998 Wayne has used his strong collaborative management style to empower his employees to strive for greater success. Established in 1991, Rusty together with his wife Jan, have cultivated Certified Alarm to become South Louisiana’s largest and most trusted alarm companies. Brian Motheral started his career in the low voltage industry in 1995 as an installer. After helping grow and develop several other low voltage integration companies he partnered with Republic Electric West in 2013 to form Republic Elite Integration. Brian has tremendous experience in all areas of the low voltage industry with a very strong back ground in the new home construction industry. He currently sits on the Northern California BIA Trade Builder Alliance council where he works closely with local and national builders to help develop strategies that benefit both the contractor and subcontractor. He is also a licensed C-7 low voltage contractor, Alarm Qualified Manager and holds a degree in Construction Management from UC Davis.

Dwight started his early career in the HVAC industry. In 1995 he moved into the security arena as a technician with the local electric utility. Three years later he was promoted to general manager of Silent Guard Security. In 2000, he and his wife Barbara offered to purchase the security division from the co-op and together with what he claims as “the best team in the industry” has turned Silent Guard into one of the leading security providers in Kentucky. In 2008 Dwight was featured in Security Systems News as a member of their 20 UNDER 40 edition and later that same year his company was named GE Security Pro Dealer of the Year.
He and Barbara are very involved in the communities they serve and have a true passion for helping others. They reside near the beautiful waters of Lake Cumberland in Somerset, Kentucky. Their hobbies include traveling around the country watching their son play baseball and spending time at their Gold Star Chili restaurant. Their son Taylor is a student-athlete at Northern Kentucky University.

Their dedication to their employees and clients seems to be paying off. Over the past 25 years, he has expanded the business to include a new division, CV Systems, bringing total-home integration to residential builders in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Chris is dedicated to the well-being of his industry and is actively involved in such organizations as CEDIA, Maryland Burglar and Fire Alarm Assoc., National Burglar and Fire Alarm Assoc., and the National Capital Builders Assoc., to name a few. Chris and his wife Michelle have two children, Vinnie and Camille, and live in a suburb of Annapolis.

Jacek Zaworski is the co-founder and president of Procom Enterprises, Ltd., a consulting and custom technology integration firm located in Elk Grove Village. Since its creation in 1993, Procom’s mission is to provide innovative information systems’ solutions with a focus on offering design, engineering, sales, and installation. Procom creates tailored, integrated sales and marketing solutions for valued-added consumer product manufacturers and channel partners in the custom electronic installation industry.
Following a rapid growth of the market niche, in 2004 Jacek Zaworski co-founded a new company, Procom Security, Inc., an installation and integration firm offering a premier level of full service in the areas of CCTV, network video surveillance, wireless security, access control, fire and burglar alarms.
For the past 5 years Procom is ranked at the CE Pro 100 list, among other most successful companies in the country.
